DG-HMI70-10 - 7" Wireless Railway HMI

DG-HMI70-10 is a rugged purpose-built highly integrated HMI computer for tram and train installtions. The DG-HMI70-10 combines a low power 6-core 64-bit ARM CPU with a 7" Widescreen PCAP TFT display. The high performance RK3399 Linux application processor includes a HW graphics accelerator, which reduces system GUI response times. The PCAP touchscreen includes a dedicated display area as well as four illuminated shortcut keys, which the touchscreen controller maps to standard keyboard F1-F4 function keys. Extensive QT software tooling and middleware software is available accelerating software development.

Integration with train systems can use Ethernet, RS-485 or MVB. The DG-HMI70-10 is suitable for modernisation and upgrade programs as a master controler or gateway in PIS, diagnostics or other operative onboard applications.

The Duragon DH-HMI70-10 HMI computer can be powered directly from the 110VDC power rail of the train. A proprietary multi-stage protection and filtering circuitry is designed to exceed the requirements of EMC and immunity standards. This proprietary power supply design is compliant to EN60950-1.

Duragon Systems can provide customization services, which can include engineering, production and certification. Available are different interfaces, mechanical mounting structures as well as enclosure or connector solutions. The PCAP glass can include customer's LOGO laminated into the internal layers. DG-DN8255 - Duro-Net Railway Power-Line Modem

The Duro-Net DG-DN8255 is a pupose built railway Power-Line Modem which can be used with 24/110VDC or 240VAC power lines. Included is a embedded self adaption filter and communication controller, which ensure the best performance under different electrical environments and different media. The DG-DN8255 is ideal for modernisation and upgrade projects, where no additional cabling is available for creating a train-wide TCP/IP Ethenet network. One Power-Line modem is configured as the master device, which support several hundreds of slave devices on the same network.

Every SLAVE is paired with the MASTER device, which is typically located in the Driver Cab attached to the HMI. A SLAVE node can communicate with the MASTER node and any other SLAVE node, which has been paired with the same MASTER device on the train. Typically SLAVE nodes are conected to the Coach-Controller of the PI-System. With a train-wide Ethenet network, announcement audio files and messages can be updated easily from a single point from the main PIS HMI in the Driver Cab.

The modem is based on wavelet OFDM (Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) technology. It has unique advantages, which include:

DG-DCORE-DR01-R - 5G Railway Router

The DCORE-DR01-R is a powerful stand-alone high reliability 5G Train EDGE Gateway Router with a dedicated LINUX application processor capable of independently executing Client Services. This device combines the functions of an EDGE gateway computer with a HW accelerated dedicated WRT router core, which directly manages the 5G modem. Separate processors are used for application software and the WRT Linux router to improve performance and enable easier software development. The application processor directly connects to the core router with an internal Ethernet interface. This enables independent upgrading of application layer software services without the need to touch the Layer 3 routing core software.

The small footprint DCORE-DR01-R is ideal for upgrade programs due to its small size and support for project specific firmware adaptations. Train location is based on an IMU supported high sensitivity ADR GNSS subsystem. The 5G modem is based on the latest Qualcomm SDX65 chipset, which supports UL and DL MIMO using n40 and n78 bands. Standard M12 connectors are used for the Ethernet interfaces.

The router features a soldered down GNSS subsystem with UDR support for installation cases where limited satellite coverage is available. The UDR based positioning can reliably navigate underground or in poor satellite signal conditions assisted by the IMU based sensor data.
