Bangkok - November 29th, 2023 - Duragon's ER- and DR-series Edge Routers now support AIS140 protocol. All message types are included. The rash driving monitoring leverages the data of the onboard 3D accelerometer. All routers include an emergency button button input, which will trigger the correct emergency message to predefined IP addresses. The AIS140 operational configuration is performed using SMS with a dedicated protocol.

LTE450 networks are dedicated to public safety and government related organizations. The ACS-450 M.2 Modem is compatible with all ER- and DR-series routers and can be installed in the internal M.2 modem expansion slot. In case two M.2 slots are available, the router can include a modem for LTE450 and a standard 2x2 5G MIMO modem working in parallel. The ACS-450 supports voice calls with a full mono audio interface and on-board 3.1W amplifier. Availability for the ACS-450 is Q1/2024.

Helsinki - June 18th, 2025 - Duragon can now provide RTK navigation as an option across all device platforms. Routers with L1/L5 band navigation are available with RTK assisted DR-navigation. Inbuilt software manages server interfacing and delivery of correction data to the GNSS receiver. Centimeter-level accuracy can be achieven in areas where base station coverage is adequate. For defined areas such as depots or industrial sites, a small embedded base station is available. RTK assisted navigation elevates train and bus location to a new level. The concurrent use of L1/L5 bands improves vehicle location accuracy in dense urban locations.

DG-HMI701 Rugged 7" HMI Computer for Bus/Tram/Metro installations

Espoo, Finland - July 19th, 2025 - The HMI701 is a fully integrated 7” 16:9 aspect ratio XGA driver HMI with processor options including x86 ATOM or Quad Core ARM. The internal electronics is purpose-built and laid out on a single board to reduce internal cabling and improve resistance to high vibrations, which are commonly encountered in bus installations. VESA 75 mounting holes and rear-entry cables enable flexible mounting structures. The DG-HMI701 is compliant with all standards, which apply to Railway and Bus installations

The automotive grade LCD is combined with a precision bonded capacitive touch screen, which is scratch resistant. A powder coated aluminium frame increases the ruggedness of this device.
